How to Recharge Your Telkom Prepaid Fibre

You now have Telkom Prepaid Fibre and want to stay connected? Here’s how to recharge your service. Before you start, have your 10-digit B-number and a debit or credit card handy.

Recharge online

1. Go to the Telkom QR Portal or access it through the Telkom website. On the Telkom Prepaid Compact-Fibre page, select BUY VOUCHER on your desired voucher.
2. Select B Number and enter your 10-digit B-number.
3. Select Next and choose your voucher.
4. Pay using your debit or credit card.
5. Save your confirmation.

How to recharge fibre on myTelkom App

1. From the landing/home page, click on the ‘Buy’ icon – green button with a trolley
2. Choose ‘Prepaid Fibre’ from the top Menu options, then select the ‘Buy Prepaid Fibre’ option

Choose to enter either an Identification Number, or a B-number. Select your desired option to proceed

3. Select the B-number of the Prepaid fibre service you wish to top up from the dropdown menu
4. Choose your desired product from the displayed service speeds, then select the bundle
5. Select the payment method, then click ‘Next’ to continue
6. You will be redirected to a payment gateway to complete the transaction

Once the transaction is successful, your prepaid fibre line will be loaded with the voucher purchased.

Already have a Prepaid Fibre voucher?

If you’ve already purchased a 16-digit Prepaid Fibre voucher, you can load it onto your fibre service.

1. Go to the Telkom Load Fibre Voucher page.
2. Enter your 10-digit B-number starting with “B”.
3. Enter the 16-digit voucher number from your till slip or SMS.
4. Select Next and follow the prompts.
5. Save your confirmation.

And that’s it! Your Prepaid Fibre is topped up, so you can get back to streaming, scrolling and staying connected.
