Tap2Win is a loyalty-based rewards programme designed to recognise and reward valued Telkom customers for their continued support.

As our customer, you stand to be rewarded for the things you do, such as:

• Recharge or buy a bundle for R20 or more.
• Renew an existing Telkom Mobile contract.
• Purchase a new Telkom Mobile contract.

The rewards

As a valued Telkom customer you can expect to be rewarded for participating in the  programme in many different ways. The rewards include Telkom data and voice minute bundles, as well as retail vouchers for things like fast food, groceries, clothing and travel.

How to enter Tap2Win

Tap2Win is open to all Telkom mobile consumer and business customers, including Prepaid, Post-paid, Hybrid and LTE.

Make that money move

Get the ball rolling with a purchase. You can enter in one of two ways. Prepaid customers can buy a SIM card in-store and recharge, or buy a bundle for R20 or more. Post-paid and hybrid customers can sign up for a new Mobile contract, renew an existing Mobile contract, or purchase a bundle for R20 or more. 

Get legit and then it’s game on

You gotta throw your name in the hat, if you want to stand a chance to win. First time users must opt-in to get in the game. Once you have recharged or purchased a bundle to the value of R20 or more, you will receive free plays (these may take-up to 24 hours to load, so be on the lookout for SMS notification once your play is loaded). Plays expire in seven days.
